How to make an upgrade
Proof of license is required for all upgrades. If media is required, there is an additional handling and shipping charge of $15.00 per CD. Upgrade terms may be better for certain multi-user packs.
Upgrades can be purchased online three (3) ways.
- Order normally, but enter your special "Coupon Code" in your shopping cart. Note: if you order this way, your unlock key will be delivered instantly and automatically. The coupon code will apply your upgrade discount. Before ordering, you first need a coupon code. You can request your coupon code by calling us during business hours or emailing us. On the weekend we check orders at intervals only. We will calculate your upgrade discount and will give you your coupon code as quickly as possible .
- Special upgrade form. Type in your software needs, previous license information if available and your upgrade price. You can calculate the upgrade fee from the upgrade policy statement shown below. Note: upgrades made this way are handled by us manually. So if you order after business hours, you will get your unlock key the next business day. If you order during business hours, then you should get the unlock key within one hour.
- Order normally and request an adjustment. If you need the software license key immediately and you cannot wait for the upgrade coupon, or if it is after hours or weekends, use this method. Simply order the software without upgrade discounts and separately send us an email requesting the upgrade adjustment. You will receive the software unlock code immediately. Within a workday you will also receive a confirmation that the upgrade adjustment has been credited to your card. If you do not receive such a adjustment confirmation within a reasonable time, please follow up with us. On your credit card statement you will see a charge for the full amount with a credit for the adjustment under a date of one or two days later.
