Informatik TiffDLL are development and utility tools for graphics conversions and transformation, change of TIFF compressions, resolutions, image and canvas size, rotation, flip, multipage options, split multi-page TIFF files into single page files, combine single page graphics files into a multipage TIFF file, image properties, text annotation, image merge, watermarks, margin cleanup, byte-parity, etc. Easy to use and fast execution.

TiffDLL90 is for .NET; TiffDLL50 is for VB6. TiffDLL90Command is for command-line use. Royalty-free distribution. For 64-bit projects you should use the Command-line version. The command-line version runs like a DLL; it returns an exit code.

• Graphics Formats
  TIFF (Group 4, Group 3, Packbits, LZW, Jpeg-Compressed*, Single/Multiple strips, Fillorder 1 or 2), BMP, JPEG, PNG
• Image Size
  Can be set by inches/centimeters, pixels or percent of original. Absolute size or scaled to retain aspect.
• Canvas Size
  Resize dimension of image without changing the image itself (for example to change letter size into legal size, or vice versa, increase or decrease margins)
• Move image
  Increase or decrease margins at left, top, right bottom. This function is useful if you need to make space to add annotations.
• Cropping
  Crop any section of the image
• Resolution Scale
  Change the horizontal and vertical resolution to any value.
• Rotation
  Rotate 90 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise or upside
• Flipping
  Create mirror images
• Text Annotations
  Annotate a line of text at any vertical position. Selection of basic font types and font size, font attributes (bold, italic, underline), left, right and center alignment. Opaque or transparent text. Horizontal or vertical text. Multiple text inserts.
• Watermarks
  Insert a bitmap image at any specified location (opaque, transparent, resized, color-reduced).
• Color Reduction
  Increase or decrease bits-per-pixel and convert
• Redaction*
  Black-out or white-out specified rectangles
• Color Highlighting*
  Highlight specified area in any color
• Color Flooding*
  Fill a bounded area with color
• Split multipage TIFF files into single-page graphics files
  Split a complete multi-page TIFF file into single page TIFF files (or other graphics formats), or split a specified range of pages. The naming convention for the serialized output file names is user-defined.
• Combine single page graphics files into a multipage TIFF file
  Any supported format graphics file can be added to a mutli-page TIFF file.
• Margin Cleanup
  Whiteout margins at any or all of the four sides.
• Color Highlighting*
  Highlight white background of a specified area in color.
• Byte-Parity*
  Reduce width and height to a pixel value that is divisible by 8

Single License, User Packs (2 Licenses, 3 Licenses, 5 Licenses, 10 Licenses):

You are licensed to install the program on 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 computers respectively, excluding servers. For server installations, each significant user counts as a license unit. These license units can be spread how ever you want; all at one location, or spread around the world. If a user is licensed at one desktop or workstation, the license is valid for that user on the user’s laptop away from the office. Special prices are available for larger packs, such as 25, 50, 100; please inquire.

Site License

You are licensed to install the program on an unlimited number of computers at one company location. If you have multiple company locations with many users you may want to consider an Enterprise license. Technical support must be channeled through central person. Discounted prices are available for multiple site licenses. Depending on the makeup of the user base you may want to have a mix of user packs and site license.

Server License

If you install the program on a server, each significant user requires a license. Alternatively, a site license covers all users connected to the server. The server license does NOT cover web servers.

Enterprise License

An Enterprise License covers all users of a company, anywhere in the country and worldwide. The coverage typically includes parent, subsidiaries and affiliates. All technical support must be handled via a central person. We do not have fixed license fees for enterprise licenses. A fixed price can be quoted based on a bona fide estimate of the number of users. Once a fixed price is quoted it will be valid for an unlimited number of users, regardless of the initial bona fide estimate. Enterprise licenses are not valid for web servers, unless specifically agreed.

Developer Licenses (Royalty Free)

For TiffDLL and Tiffmaker (50/90) DLLs only: It allows your applications to be installed on an unlimited number of PCs (including servers). You will need a license for every developer using the DLL. Technical support is available to the developer, not end-users.
