I tryed to upload the xml file but I don`t have any content pages for Open House Template.
I use the latest Wordpress Version and PHP >5.
What must I do?

If for some reason the XML fails, then you'll just need to post your sample listings manually. Also, you'll need to follow the Manual Setup section in the Getting Started section of the documentation.
