Order Information

Orders are normally filled within 24 business hours of receipt. If you already downloaded the trial version of the software you do not need a CD; upon receipt of the order we will email (fax or mail) the unlock keys and/or instructions needed to convert the trial version of the software into a licensed version. CDs (and diskettes for some software titles) are available for an additional charge of $10.00 per set (media, shipping, handling, media). CDs can be ordered online from the order catalog.

Order Methods

1. Secure Online Ordering

The most convenient and fastest ordering method is via our Online Shopping. Your credit card number, name and address will be encrypted for maximum security. Most software titles are listed in the online order catalog. If the product is not listed or if you are ordering a special item, please use the Special Order section in the order catalog, enter the amount and describe the order in the text box.

Orders placed via the Internet are generally filled within six business hours. You will receive the unlock keys and/or licensed software files by email. The unlock keys will convert the downloaded trial version of the software into a licensed version. If you do not receive a confirmation within six (6) business hours, please contact Informatik. Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, US East Coast time.

2. Online Invoice

With this method you can print an instant online invoice. With an invoice in hand you can arrange for a bank transfer in US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds or Swiss Francs or mail us a bankers draft or money order, or check drawn on US bank. As soon as we receive the funds we will e-mail the licensed version of the software or the unlock keys. If the order value exceeds $250.00 and you have arranged credit terms with us, then we can supply the licensed software or unlock keys before we receive the payment.

3. Fax or Mail

If you prefer not to disclose the credit card number over the Internet you can print out an Order Form and mail or fax it to us at the address or fax number shown on the Order Form. Please check for current fax numbers. If you place the order by fax, please include your E-mail address and follow up with an email message to ensure that the fax has been successfully transmitted.

4. Corporate Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from substantial U.S. or Canadian corporations, businesses, institutions and government organizations if the order value is $250.00 or higher. For smaller amounts, check with us first. Please include your E-mail address and fax number on all purchase orders. For purchase orders of less than $500.00 we may add a $5.00 mailing and handling charge.

International purchase orders from outside of USA or Canada are accepted from well-known corporations, organizations and from government institutions and departments if the order value is $250.00 or higher. Orders below this value should be prepaid; see also section on Payment Methods below. Please include your E-mail address and fax number on all purchase orders. Purchase orders must also include a confirmation that all bank fees for funds transfer will be prepaid by the purchaser. For purchase orders of less than $500.00 we may add a $5.00 mailing and handling charge.

Payment Methods

USA and Canadian orders should be paid by check or credit card. If paid by check, the check must be in US Dollar currency and must drawn on a U.S. bank. If drawn on a Canadian bank, $5.00 must be added to cover additional bank charges.

Orders from outside the USA or Canada must be paid by credit card, bankers drafts or International Money Orders in U.S. Dollars drawn on an U.S. bank, or in some cases checks in convertible local currency or bank transfer (see below). DO NOT issue a check in US Dollars drawn on a non-US bank account (if you do, you must add $25.00 to cover our bank charges).

Bank Transfers

If you pay by bank transfer (countries other than USA and Canada), you must add $20.00 to the payment to cover our bank charges and the transfer must be in U.S. Dollars.

After you have requested a bank transfer, please send an e-mail message to Informatik, indicating the detail of the funds transfer, including the reference number, so that Informatik can follow up on the transaction.

Foreign Currency Checks

If the payment is $200.00 or higher, we can accept checks in major convertible currency drawn on your own bank, such currencies as Euro, Deutsche Marks, Swiss Francs, Pound Sterling, Dutch Guilders, etc. Only easily convertible currencies are accepted. If you wish to pay in such local currency, you must add 3% to the amount paid to cover conversion and bank charges. DO NOT issue a check in US Dollars drawn on a non-US bank account (if you do you must add $25.00 to cover our bank charges).
