Single-page or multi-page PDF files are displayed in PDF Markup’s own viewer.  You draw directly on the displayed PDF, or insert other objects such as text, images, stamps, watermarks, text balloons.  Drawings and inserts can be dragged and dropped, rotated, rendered semi-transparent, layered.  The text inserts use Unicode and thus support many foreign languages.  Inserted text can be text-searchable.
